Changing password on BambinoDiapers.com?

Tried to order a case of diapers on Bambino and forgot my password and asked to be sent a new one 3 times and haven't received it yet. Anyone else have this problem? I'm a little frustrated.
 
Did you do it today? I believe they're closed on weekends. I had my password changed before with no problems.

You know, I completely forgot today was a Sunday. That makes sense. I feel dumb.
