Assisted care for incontinence

My mother has incontinence, and have been living with me since. I have always taken care of her, but now I am going on deputation to Australia for six months. Since I am the only daughter and there is no one else to take care of her, we will have to choose an assisted care facility until I return. I don't know much about these facilities. How good are they with incontinence care? My friend suggested an assisted living facilities in Oregon. I am going there next week to see the place. Please tell me what in particular should I look for when I am there? What extra should I be asking for, with someone with incontinence? Please advise!
