Hello,

Who wears diapers post OP? I became inco and have to wear 24/7 several years post OP.

While not transgender myself, I have a close friend who is and she told me (when discussing my IC) that incontinence is common after SRS. Apparently, it has to do with what happens when doing a re-route of the urethra and its opening.
 
i can see where the shorter urethra and all the work can cause some bladder problems.
