Sort of re-using nappies.

If your wearing it on the outside of a clean diaper I don't see much of a problem unless it starts to smell. Depending on your skin's toughness you may get a rash.

While some label it as gross, ice dove this before and like you I like the squishing. I wouldn't wear it for too long as the ammonia smell is too much for me.
