A matter of opinion, I suppose, but I'll give you my definition:

- Quality (obviously)
- THICK (cannot stress this enough)
- White
- The rear padding squared off at the top (far too many these days are rounded off)
- It's also nice to be able to un-tape without ripping it open.

I'm not really bothered about baby print as I'm not in the AB spectrum and I like it to feel genuine and practical, not like a prop or costume.

I think for you the Comfi Dry 24/7s will do the trick.

I'll agree with Padded Wolf. The Dry 24/7 is my go-to diaper. They have a great plastic cover, they fit like a hug, and they hold a lot. What's not to love?

-RMS

The Absorbency Plus Level 4 from XP Medical is another choice.

Everything that I have read about the 24/7's make me want try them even more. I am just not sure where the best place to but them is though.

I would say that Gary at XP Medical has the best prices and service.

I just managed to get my hands on 3 dozen TRANQUILITY ATN adult diapers. They are plastic-backed, and they are ok as far as absorbency.

The Northshore Care edge out the XP Meds right now for me (I alternate between the Abenas, NSC, Dry247, and XP in my stock).
