So, lately I've had this empty feeling in my chest. I suffer from depression and anxiety but I don't know if its all related to that or not. It's constant. Only a few things can make it stop - NONE of which are very practical solutions. To make the feeling stop I either have to:
A: Drink heavily (not the best idea and not all that fun after while)
B: Smoke weed heavily (not legal)
or C: cuddle my teddy bear (which I can not do anywhere but in my room, in my bed.)
I wish I knew what to do. Anyone?
