Denim brings the crinkle to a minimum and the long T-shirt covers any bulge leaving others clueless. I've gone for walks, ran errands, and even hung out with friends with a diaper concealed under my jeans a few times without issue.

Best diaper to be least noticeable under clothes is going to be something thin and clothlike.
I personally go with Totaldry Plus (NOT Totaldry Xplus) because I don't want clothlike and I'm aiming for cheap since I wear daily to work. You can get better quality and even lower noise by going to an abena M2 etc which is clothlike but costs more.
If you have additional requirements (safely holds a large wetting, prefer thick, plastic required, dual tapes, no medical print or wetness indicator, etc) you'll need to list them.
