Pacifiersrus.com - Difference Between NUK™ MLT7 & MLT5?

Can anyone explain the difference between NUK™ MLT7 & MLT5? Which one is more comfortable?

The MLT7 is more expensive so I'm assuming it's better.. True?

The main difference is the MLT7 is the extended version of the MLT5. The no's you reference are latex teats.
I have them in silicone and I prefer the extended teat 7 as it fits better in my mouth and stays in all night.
I believe most people prefer the 7's for that reason.
