As from what I can conclude, I think the Bambino Bellissimo's are by far the most absorbant and they are thick but not thick enough where you can't close your legs. I've heard Fabines are crazy think but I never had experience with that diaper so I can't give an honest opinion there. If you want a thick diaper, then you can try to stuff it yourself or double diaper up for that extra thickness around your waist.
