So I've been lurking for a while.
I have pretty bad issues with waking up at night to use the bathroom and due to anxiety, cannot get back to sleep. Have always had a thing for diapers so I decided to just start wearing and letting go at night.
It's been a little over a year and I am sleeping so much better. I wet almost every night and the wife knows about it. As far as I'm concerned, I would rather get a good/better night's sleep than wake up and be tired the next morning.
