Thread: Xp Medical

    Default Xp Medical

I'm trying to place an order on XP Medical currently, but for some reason I keep getting this

"Something is currently interfering with your secure connection to www.eprocessingnetwork.com."

I've been on somewhat of a hiatus from diapers, and this is my one road block. I'm just curious if it's just me getting it or if it's more of a problem with the website.

I've never had a problem with placing an order with them now in two years. If you continue having a problem today I would
call them tomorrow on their 800 number and take care of it.

I will second this. I haven't had any problems with ordering from them, but at the same time, it has been awhile since I have ordered from them. Contacting them should resolve any issues if they persist; their service is excellent.

My first thing to suspect is that it's a problem on your end. I think if it was a problem with XP medical's site, they would know about it.

Odds are it's a problem on your end - most likely a cache error. Clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser, and try it once more...

After emptying my cache and did some more looking into this error message I found that this is a bit common of a problem but no solutions fixed it, so I ordered using another computer and it went through.

But now I must wait for the shipping confirmation.

You should get shipping confirmation either tonite or tomorrow.

What browser are you using, what version, and what operating system are you on?

I'm using chrome and windows 7

Also note that xp medical recommends that you don't use chrome.

Same problem here, actually. Thought I was the only one.
I only get the error every now and then.
It's a problem with chrome's compatibility with the site, I believe.
