Thread: Under this standard, wearing a diaper is less of an exhibition than many swimsuits or gym clothes.

Default Under this standard, wearing a diaper is less of an exhibition than many swimsuits or gym clothes.

Utah ruling regarding a guy who was probably a bit stupid in showing off his diaper, results differently than I expected.

I was kind of impressed when they stated that, "Under this standard, wearing a diaper is less of an exhibition than many swimsuits or gym clothes."

Makes me a little bit happy that utah could accept that idea, or the courts anyway. The guy is still a moron for giving a flyer to the girls among other things though.

Meh. The guy's an idiot. Doesn't tell you anything about 'normal' AB/DL behavior.

The courts decision was correct. It also illustrates why laws can't possibly (and shouldn't have to) cover every aspect of behavior. At some point shared standards, culture, morality, or whatever you wish to call it have to cover the gap.

Not sure what, if anything, should have been done to or about the guy. I would like to think that his long, expensive journey through the legal system convinced the guy that his brand of behavior is a really bad idea. Hopefully the girls didn't get dragged through it as well. Minus the legal ordeal, I imagine it was little more than a "EEEEEEEWWWW" moment for them. Soon forgotten, then remembered and giggled over from time to time in the future.

while I can agree with the courts findings, technically, I still find such behavior rather lewd. and yes, it does sound like deeker.
Elmo? really? that was disturbing enough

(Legal notes and stupid people aside)
I think that wearing a diaper is a little more of an exhibition than a swimsuit. In my opinion, this is mostly due to people's perceptions about the function of a diaper. Also, the idea of a "accepted" behavior plays some here, I'd fit in at the beach wearing a speedo, but not a diaper.

What the hell is this guy thinking passing around fliers of kids with diapers on and porn links? That just screams weirdo! Granted I understand the court's legal ruling, but the neighborhood that this dude was walking around should definitely keep an eye open for this creep.
