Default Net Neutrality Regulations Struck Down

Court strikes down net neutrality rules - Jan. 14, 2014 So here we have it folks. Net Neutrality regulations have been struck down. What are your thoughts on all of this? Is it the end of the internet as we know it today? Or will we continue to have an open and free internet?

Oh, that is bad news... but not the end of the debate, either. The FCC may be able to use different language to accomplish the same goals, or appeal to the SCOTUS. I don't think the internet is over just yet... not to mention the fact that if companies start restricting access to portions of the internet, other companies may open up to take away their customers by providing unrestricted access.

At this point, I say wait and see.
