    Default Stretch out a onesie

I bought the 4care onesie at XP Medical and got the size small. I am roughly 5'7"-5'8" and the onesie fits but snuggly. I was wondering if there are any tips to stretch it out a little bigger.

Wear it more. The cloth with stretch a little over time, but don't expect miracles.

    Pretty much what Eulogy said.
When I got my onesie it was a little too tight, and now, after some time, it fits pretty much perfectly.
Wear more often, give it some time, and (depending on the material) it should stretch out enough to make you feel comfortable.

Try stretching it by hand while it is still wet after washing, hang it up to dry so it is stretched a little more by it's own weight and hand stretch it again before folding and putting it away.

Or find someone much bigger than yourself and squeeze them into it for 15mins.
