Default Own Your Own Diaper Production Equipment

I have ordered wholesale electronics from this website before. You get the true wholesale price, but sometimes have to wait several days/weeks for shipping. Just out of curiosity, I looked at their wholesale prices on adult diapers and saw this listing. It made me laugh.

Full-servo Control Full-function Adult Diaper Producton Line Px-cnk-300-sf - Buy Adult Diaper,Big Diaper,Adult Paper Diaper Product on Alibaba.com
Own your own Full-servo Control Full-function Adult Diaper Producton Line for the low low price of $800,000. Never buy outrageous online prices for premium diapers again. Just make your own!

Ps... you can buy wholesale diapers from here too, but the quantities are huuuuge.

certainly gives a good idea of just how much it costs to make diapers though.

at $9 a piece, don't forget the legal fees along with the shipping, materials, designs, copyrights, other legal fees, sales tax(if applicable) and well make it $13 a piece

We’ll be worth a fortune, lets get started.
Wait, $13 a piece: That is cost price not sales, right?

That machine does not include the power station to run it's 500kW motors...
Usually there's only one set of cutting dies included - and they wear out over time... replacement cost within 15$-25k$

Then there's the raw materials ... getting it in quantities will put the machine's initial price to shame.

And then there's about two-six month of learning how to operate it... not including the engineer & technicians you need to service it...

by the time you're up and running for production, not including the building and storage facilities, packing stations etc, quality inspection set up, etc... you'll easily be rid of a 2'000'000 to 5'000'000$
    - and you haven't earned a single cent yet.

Now at a resale price (to distributors) of maybe - maybe 1$ per diaper for a VERY high premium thing (much more likely far less)... a capacity of 200 diapers per MINUTE (not including, packing etc.)...
And an average of 18-20 hours of production time a day (the offset to 24hrs comes from maintenance, reloading, adjustments, etc.): 1200minutes (20 hours) = 240'000 diapers a day.
Now mind you that for every diaper your sell at 1$ - you'll have an offset of about 40% for materials... so you "earn" 0.6$ at max each:
    240000 * 0.6 = 144'000$.
Sounds like a good deal? not yet...
so without any added cost you should have paid off your initial 5'000'000$ investment in roughly 34 days ... sounds good? ... actually it doesn't.
Why? Running / Operational costs of such equipment, facilities, workers, insurance, taxes, electricity & utility bills...
in a practical sense, without going through all the real calculations you realistically would look at a 2-5 year period of amortization of the euipment: IF, and only if (which is HIGHLY unlikely) you have a running (full-sales) production from day one.
5-10 years is much more realistic.
And even that on a saturated market, with very strong (large, global) competition is going to be VERY DIFFICULT if not highly unrealistic.

This is one of the reasons why all of the "speciality" diapers (Bambinos, Fabines, Cushies, Comficare, etc...) are exclusively OUTSOURCED to what probably is the SAME manufacturer (or one of two) in china.
... a mnaufacturer that also most likely has about a dozen "own" brands, serves the asian incontinence market through a vast network of distributors. etc...

Just to say. the machine is but a fraction of the problem & cost.

Yeah but who has $800.000 dollars? Show of hands/paws everyone.

Their prices seem absurdly cheep for all of their products. I'd be skeptical.
