    Default Ordering Diaper Samples- Help!

So I'm going back to college tomorrow, and have just gathered the courage to order a free diaper sample addressed to my college mailroom. I can't imagine how they could make it non-discreet, so I'm not worried about that. But at the end of the year my mail gets forwarded to my family's house, and I'm wondering if companies ever send out junk mail once they have your address that would look highly suspicious. Does anyone have any experience/thoughts?

I've ordered from 4 or 5 places and none of them sent me mail other than what was in the box with the original order. They have occasionally sent me emails.

With that said, I certainly can't say that NO places will send mail, but I think most places wouldn't.

Before ordering, check their FAQ's and see if they have something on their checkout page (or somewhere else on their site) to opt out of any mailings.

    Good luck at college!

Thanks. Email definitely won't bother me. All that matters is that I keep it secret. In another forum, somebody said that they had never gotten any junk mail, so that's reassuring... I guess I never know, but the sight isn't a diaper site and even if by chance something comes in the mail in summer, and even if someone see's it, it's just another piece of junk mail that probably no one will think too deeply about. So now I just hope that my two diapers actually come.

Not that I think junkmail is likely, but if some should arrive, and your parents actually ask, just look them straight in the eye and say:
"Oh yeah, that. Me and the mates wore those on our head and pink glittery tutus the day we were suppose to escort the captain of the local chapter of the Hindu pro-war activists. it was sort of a protest..." then shrug at them and say "I guess you had to be there. It made sense at the time." Then walk away offering no more explanation.

Actually, a version of that can be used to explain absolutely anything in collage. Its collage, your parents expect it to be weird. And really, if you make it through your freshman year without having worn a diaper on your head and a tutu in public with a group of mates to protest something or other, then you may be doomed to a boring collage life!

Building on this theme, you can always feign ignorance and they'll probably assume someone signed you up for the spam as a joke. That's kind of been my default plan for if any of my family ever intercept a shipment of diapers.

LOL! But seriously, don't worry about me having a boring college life. I've already played my melodica while riding my bike with no handlebars a couple times, gone on an awesome tour with my steel band, and played awesome music most days. But anyways, it's probably not going to get that bad.
