Default Adult Stroller - I want one... :(

So I've been looking at adult strollers...
The more I look at them, the more I want one.
Even though I already have my wheelchair.

A wheelchair just isn't the same.
Sadly, I don't have the space for one...or the $...or someone to push me that knows about the AB-Me.

    Ok,

Check Craig's list for cheap ones...they come up often...

As for someone to push, I actually got one cuz my back hurts so much in my wheelchair...I've got a couple bad discs and rotator cuff issue...but, my gf knows too...

    Space, well they do fold...

Yeah...they are about what I paid for my wheelchair (its an ergonomic folding model). I mean, its basically a reclining wheelchair with a harness and canopy in design.

When I got my chair, it drained most of my savings at the time....so, yeah...not looking forward to dropping that kind of cash on a Fun unless I have a Caretaker. At least with my wheelchair I can get the feeling of a stroller ride without waving my proverbial AB flag.

    So,

Just an update I checked Chicago, and there are 16" wide model for 300 asking price...but I've seen better deals...

As for fun, I'll say the convaid cx-18 I have is way more comfortable than my wheelchair...my gf calls it the cart

But, it is about the only way I get out on the walking paths anymore...

A few years back I'd walk about 3.5 miles to keep in shape...that's one lap around the shortest "block" where I live...

Anyhow, I didn't get anymore looks in the cx-18 more than the wheelchair...and at least for me it way more comfortable...

Oh, and there are nice accessories for the one I have too...
