    Default inserts

    hey just want to know of the best inserts you can get from store like CVS, walmart ect. I know they have pads like this Equate Pads, 27 count - But don't know if they are good inserts or not.

    I end-up using Rite-Aid "house brand" Male Guards to up the absorbancy of my diapers.

    As long as you cut a hole or two in the middle of it, it should be fine. I've done it with maxi pads before. Going to try it out with Poise pads probably next week, just for curiosity's sake.
