    Default Boys Vs. Girls Underjams

Hello! I currently have the boys XL Underjams and I love them. The only problems are the sides and the location of the padding. As most guys will probably understand, when I wet them the whole front of the diaper stays dry while the middle-back half gets soaked. Do the girls Underjams have padding extended more towards the back?

I would just go out and buy some but I want to know first because *if* my parents ever find them that would be awkward to explain

Well, I know some people say the girls kind work better, but I've used both kinds (in GoodNites and UnderJams) and I don't see a difference. And, honestly, I'd be kind of surprised if there was one. Tape-on diapers, both for babies and adults, have been gender-neutral for some time now. It's just more economical to make a single diaper core, shell, etc. My guess is that the gender-specific pull-ups like this are differentiated as little as possible -- different prints, and that's it. Of course, I could be wrong, as I haven't tested them side-by-side.

When I get UnderJams, I get the girls kind, but only because I'm a bit of a sissy and I think they're cuter.

Well, I'm actually a drynites person as I found underjams can't hold as much. I currently use girls one, but I don't think it makes a difference to which you use.

As for the sides of underjams it doesn't make one bit of difference, and for wetting I have no clue if there actually is a difference or not as one hasn't lasted long enough for me to legitimately wet one.

Having tried both girl and boy versions, I don't see much difference between them.

I have tried both and not noticed any difference other than the print.
As for the front staying dry, try to wear one backwards

Personally I think that underjams absorbs a bit better but the sides on dry-/good-nites are way better (does not disintegrate after a few hours)
pre streching helps a bit though.
