    Default Got a free computer

Dont let the title fool you. the computer is not by any means a power house or a newer computer. But its a neat little unit that was given to me by a friend.

It was a old POS computer. It was hard to find drivers for, so I decided to make it a linux box which has turned out to be a great idea.
Its a Neptune 1748. I've never heard of the manufacturer

What kind of specs are in this rugged old beast? I did a quick Google search and came up empty.

Ohhhhhhh a POS computer... I thought you meant a computer that was a POS I get it now. Not too shabby, would make a decent little server of some sort.

Right now I'm just using it as a Linux box. The power supply is full of dust to the point I may have to disassemble it to clean it out.
