Thread: Abdl...legal or illegal

    Default Abdl...legal or illegal

So I read somewhere on Wikipedia that "simulated child pornography" is just as illegal as actual child porn. It also explains that such can include adults acting as children. So what's the deal? Is age play illegal? Is photographing or filming age play illegal?

It depends really. Yes this sort of stuff is classed as inappropriate by most, and some could interpret our actions badly as if it was illegal.

Due to how little is known about us in the outside world there is no real legal guidelines explaining what is legal and what is not. Best advice is to keep it private and yourself out of trouble and unless the police think you are doing something that would definitely make you questionable as a pedophile, you should be ok.

Documentaries about us have made it onto TV, and it does show to a certain extent what goes on. And they were allowed to air it on TV, and to my knowledge nobody has been in police trouble following that, I would say we're at no real risk.

(Also never believe what you see on wikipedia unless you research afterwards and can prove it with evidence from a reliable source)

When watching something, ask yourself; Does it involve minors?

If your answer is yes, then it's illegal.

If your answer is no, then you're fine.

Nah, I understand what you mean.

Modern society has developed a collective phobia of pedophilia-related activities, and so everything that has even a remote resemblance to it, is considered to be the absolute worst thing a person can do. The pedophile has become the number one scapegoat. It's a ridiculous stance, but nevertheless it's where we stand right now. And as much as we sometimes like to deny it, infantilism - especially for those people who get sexually aroused when regressed, and especially if you also include sexual roleplaying - does bear some resemblance to some forms of pedophilia.

I don't think someone would actually be arrested for AB activities as long as we make it crystal clear that all people involved are consenting adults. Nevertheless, I too can sometimes freak out when I realize I'm not always careful with my search history, and the government is always trying to monitor your every action in search of illegal activity... let's be honest, security cameras wouldn't exist if this were not the case.

This but I think this criteria is if it is a fetish or sexually stimulated, because I could go watch a Disney Channel show and see minors, Oops that's illegal, or a playground, that must be illegal too lol. But overall I think this criteria is the best one.

I don't like pedos any more than anyone else, as some members on here may have had a sexually abused childhood. But pedos can get off on any child picture anywhere, modify it, and nothing can stop them. And even though the law in it's enforcement has gotten to the point where innocent bathtub pictures of your kids being facebook posted for grandma gets you jailed and Meagan's Lawed, in those cases the prosecutor walks away with the tail between the legs.

The law cited at the beginning about depicting minors for sexual reasons is meant to ban lollicon, which is graphically created cartoons of kids in sexually arousing or sexual situations. Even then, it is kind of hazy with the First Amendment.

If a prosecutor tries to go after an AB then the police's shrink will tell them that these people are no more likely to molest than a BDSM is likely to violently rape and the defense would eat their lunch, and the judge would sh*tcan it.

If anything happens to you my friend, I'm sure there is a lawyer or two who is an adisc member who could find a way to help you. Don't worry.

It depends on the country. I have not heard of anyone being busted for consentual ABDL play between adults but in commonwealth countries it could technically happen. If it does the first cases will probably come out of a nursery shut down as a comon baudy house. Then a crown prosecuter grasping at straws will try to add some child pornography or similar charges to the mix.

I don't think anyone should worry. I think abdls have had enough exposure that the general populuce may have heard of it before even just briefly. They may not understand or like what they hear but I don't think most people will think of it as illegal.

To be perfectly blunt the FBI doesn't give a shit about you, me or anyone else on adisc. of course it's likely pretty hard to get flagged by the FBI. At most they'll simply chuckle at our lifestyle/fetish.

Your real problems come from cookie trackers and stuff that companies uses to see where you go and what you do online and then sell said information to other companies.
