Yes at least wait until after Thanksgiving.

I didn't vote, because I've spent the past week grumbling about how it's far too early for shops to be stocking Christmas stuff... but if I was allowed (damned fiance and mother getting up in my grill about it!) I'd totally have the house decked out with Christmas lights and tree by now!

So... probably yes, but really no!

At the risk of being mobbed, I'm totally in the Christmas spirit. I wanted to get the tree out a week ago! The S.O. said no and that we had to wait until after Thanksgiving. Perhaps I can bribe him to let me get it out after turkey dinner, fwee hee.

Well I am totally happy - as soon as the whole "holiday season" is over again...
I find the whole "created experience" (shopping, happy smily happy smiling..., everyone is sweet... yadda yadda) slightly overwhelming to say the least.

Then again, not being a christian, not being religious and never having celebrated christmas, I don't really care.

For retailers it's never too early, for everyone else it's too early.
