    what are the avarage summer and winter temps where your at in the country. after my recent look into the american gov/ economy im really honest to god thinking of jumping ship so to speak. so im starting to look into other places and how much a move like this will cost but first ill need to know if i will be able to handle the environment.

    Yeh, I have to be honest that if you're upset about Obama being re-elected then you're going to have a LOT of trouble in Australia. They're pretty liberal you know!

    Depends where you're from. If you're from the Southern US, then you'd probably like the Australian climate; hot, dry and with lots of things that will kill you. If you're from the Northern US however, you might prefer NZ. A bit cooler, and a bit wetter. Oh, and this is my 400th post.

    What New Zealand lacks in temperature it makes up in humidity. I work with a guy from africa and he thinks the african climate is easyer to work in than nz.
