    Default Really need some advice...

So I have missed a lot of school this year because of my back pain and now my vice principal is threatening to call and have the cops pick me up if I miss any more school. Any advice on how to go about this.

PS: I don't think my vice principal thinks I'm in pain, it's because of the way he always looks at me in the halls and stuff.

First off I don't think the princibal can call the police on you without a valid reason it just seems like a lame excuse for a threat, secondly if even if you've missed alot of days have your parents call him. if they know and they tell him then it should all be taken care of. I Wish you luck

Your parents should be able to call your school and get things sorted out. As far as I'm aware the principal cannot call the cops and have them bring you to school.

they've gone to meetings with him, he doesen't really care, or atleast that's what I think.

If they have met with him, then there is nothing he can do. Your parents are aware of the situation and so is the school. Tell your parents he is making those kinds of threats, if need be contact the superintendent. He is the principals boss and can bring a stop to the situation.

true so ifworst comes to shove you could simply contact the school board

Tell to your parents that you're bad with your back, if it's real. I was betaed up by four nazis 15 years ago and I've my back destroyed from that time. My fahter never did anything and my mother told that I haven't age to be with. However I haven't suportive parents for anything, so I lerned to live as volve alone (it sucks, but works...) and is really better prevent this level of family convivence or (if you want) lifestyle. Pain is very harmless, not only fisicaly, it has influeces at your ambience, for example your school missing, want be alone etc.

If your parents still thinking you're inventing causes for not going to school, visit some orthopedic specialist, which can do some diagnosis and may can help you with. But if you're seriously destroyed (like myself,) so there isn't lot of thing to expect. Destroyed back is very hard to repair, in many cases imposible. GOOD LUCK !!!

If you have a medical reason for not going you should have been signed off by a doctor, if you haven't been signed off and you don't go in technically you are actually just skipping school. See a doctor get a note.

Do this. You can't judge if someone is in pain or not simply by looking at them (assuming they don't have a visible injury of course) so it can be easy to claim you are feeling pain when you are not. A doctor's note that goes into the detail of the injury and surgery you sustained should be more than enough to convince him that you have missed school for a valid reason. If he still makes threats after such a thing then go above him to the principal or the school board to get them to deal with him.
