In tune with the Olympics I encourage you to participate in the hopefully upcoming discipline of "Diaper Weightlifting". Rules are simple: Carry the most amount of weight "below" in diapers, ie. weight of diapers, inserts and any content.
I'll make a start: 3.7kg, made up of a Pampers size 6 enclosed in a medium Cuddlez, enclosed in a large Cuddlez. Bodily liquid was supplemented by copious amounts of warm water.
