    Default 'Indefinite Detention' Provision of NDAA Barred

    So the federal government has been barred from utilizing the 'indefinite detention' clause of the National Defense Authorization Act. All I have to say is I'm glad to see a judge standing up and declaring this is unconstitutional. I'm very surprised to see it made so, given the political and judicial climate in the United States over the last decade.
