Default Serious Question about ageplay in general

    Hello,

I joined up because I know all of you here are into ageplaying and I feel comfortable talking about this particular issue that I am having.

Here is my relationship with ageplay: I play a wide variety of ages and genders in multiple situations. Now, I have never ageplayed with another person. I have only had ageplay fantasies when I masturbate. As such, I attempt to imagine myself as a younger child. Sometimes I use "avatars" during my masturbation fantasies, for example, let's use Souske from the movie Ponyo. So, I pick a "mommy" and "daddy" avatar from other sources (animation, magazines, whatever) and I imagine myself as "Souske", meaning I feel what he feels That means that in my mind, I picture this child naked and so forth. My question: based on what I have said (Using pictures of children as "Avatars" for ageplay fantasies during masturbation), am I a pedophile or perverted in some other way?

No sexual inclination what so ever. Don't want to have sex with real children at all. But if I imagine myself as that child, I do get aroused.

So even if I use pictures of real or actual kids to use as avatars for my age play fantasies, I'm not a pedophile or perverted?

I want to say that's...pushing it...but I suppose that if only picturing yourself as the child is what gets you aroused, not the actual child and/or being around the child yourself...I guess maybe it's not that bad? I don't really know...

If you're using drawn/animated characters that look like children as an interpretation of your desires, that's okay. But when you bring real children into the occasion, whether pictures or IRL it becomes wrong and/or illegal. So ya, have your fun with anime foreplay.

Well i don't know but what i think is as long you don't have desire to have sex to a kid it's okay you're not pedophile. And i once read in wikipedia there is a word for your liking (Damn i forgot) but it's not a pedoplhile since what you like is not the children but you imagine yourself as children.

The simple answer is sexually fantasising about being a child, on your own with no material doesn't make you a paedophile. As soon as you bring other things into it it becomes a rather grey area.

I think if you are using drawings of (clothed) children in non-sexual circumstances i.e. something that is not meant to represent or based on any real person then while it could be considered creepy there's probably nothing wrong with that. It gets tricky if you were to use material such as Lolicon, you'd have to look at this to see how carton images concerning naked children or those in erotic poses are classified in your country.

Using pictures of real children wearing a nappy, or dressed as babies in your fantasies is very much dependant on the context. If the photo was taken for the purpose of providing arousal (even if not obscene to the general population) then that can be classed as pornography. If you're using some random family's holiday snaps of their child for your pleasure then I haven't a clue what that's classed as, I wouldn't regard it as moral myself though.

If you gain sexual pleasure from interacting with real children, or the thought or doing so, then you would be a paedophile. If you don't then you are not, but bear in mind that doesn't mean the things you do are necessarily still legal. It's all a rather tricky area and dependant on the laws of where you live. If you want simple advice, if you think it's creepy or feel wrong doing it, then don't.
