    Unhappy what can you do so a diaper wont get too hot?

    well i wear Goodnites anyone know what i can do to a diaper or myself so it wont get sweaty at night? I keep waking up either wet or sweaty i hate feeling uncomfortable at night id appreciate any and all advice

    you could try baby powder. seems to do the trick for me, it keeps the sweat levels low enough for comfort.

    open it beforehand and sprinkle it front to back, getting even coverage on all the affected skin.

    I use regular body powder, which I think is basically the same thing. I get it cheap at the dollar store and it has a cooling action that's actually quite invigorating.

    A wetness check let's a bit of cool breeze down there... a bit disappointing though if the only wetness is sweat. unfortunately diapers are kinda insulative =(

    maybe just dont wear a heavy blanket to bed, that should help.

    well i turn on the fan lol and its somewhat cold and somewhat hot, I have a light cover.
