    Awesome

I'm going to be finishing my crib in the next couple weeks...

I'll have to do this for sure...

My crib is made from 6061-t6 aluminum...

These will be a nice addition...won't hurt my head...it's taken enough impact going through a car windshield...no need for more bumps!

I am glad you like it! Thank you for replying!!

The ones that you can buy from Babies R Us is $119 and you only get 38 so that may not be enough for an adult baby crib but I think making your own would be cheaper.

That is awesome that you will have your crib ready soon!! I would love to see the results!

    Well,

So far have all material cut to length.

Welded and assembled end panels and back.

Need to finish drop panel on front and optional top panel if I want it secure.

    Yep,

I'll have to get some pics...Right now it's just aluminum end panels with 3/4" bar stock for slats....And bed platform...But it's coming along...Only about 3-4 Hours of work left for the main crib...Minus the lid...

I'd like to work on it right now...BUT IT IS JUST TOO HOT!...Over 90 in the shade!...In the shop it would be over 100 for sure...TOO HOT for the Baby!!!

Oh yeas and we wouldn't want the baby to get sick from the heat so stay cool!

Yep, I don't handle heat too well...Especially when working...

I stay inside where it's cool...Or warm depending on the season...
