Default Lavender Oil for Nappy/Diaper Rash

    Hi all,

While I haven't had a rash for a while (thankfully) I was just wondering if anyone else has ever used lavender oil (pure proper stuff not artificial) as a cure?

I found it works terrifically though you can really only use a drop over a large area and I haven't tried it on the most sensitive of areas if you know what I mean.

It also works for any other nasties that might want to grow between your toes!

Before anyone tries it please make sure you are not allergic to lavender LOL and do a test area just in case it isn't a solution for you.

Lavender is great, but don't use it neat on your skin, it's too strong. Add one or two drops to a tablespoon of plain oil; baby oil will do but a vegetable-based oil is better. (I used to do aromatherapy as a hobby).
