    Default i think im developing incontinence

    Well I'm an abdl and Ive never had any issues with incontinence or bedwetting up until a few months back. I used to be able to hold urine in real well but it seems like my bladder started getting weaker around the beginning of last year up until June where I would leak small amounts I'd get sudden urges and leak alittle before I could make it to the restroom. So I started wearing diapers on occasion and I've gone to three different doctors and had no results. All they do is perscribe me meds which don't help me. And I have no health issues and I've never had and I've lived a healthyifestyle. I'm more than ok with wearing diapers and if I need to start wearing 24/7 its fine as long as I at least know what this is. Any one think they might know?

    Sadly i dont know, although.... errr, when you "Masturbate" Frequently or something like that ik sounds wierd,odd,sick. But when i was younger i did it frequently now that im older i spray instead of just straight, An sometimes i do that, So idk if that could be it, But it happend to me :PWhen you spray it all doesent come out, so during the day it could come out then, Unless ur just having a full on blast? O.o

    weirdly enough the same thing has been happening to me, bit of leaking, less able to hold it, sudden urges. All since i started to wear diapers. to combat it i just moderate drink slightly and make sure im near to the toilet.

    Well I can still hold it but my bladder gets weaker as time goes by. It's a few drops that leak out but its constant like when I stand up, lay down. I've been wearing depends with velcro tabs. They aren't the strongest but they do the job.but yea if I drink anything like booze, or caffeine which i hardly do i have to diaper up cause its a guaranteed wetting.

    I am surprised that your doctor didnīt recommend you to train your pelvic muscles.
    All it takes is about 5 minutes per day, and you can do them everywhere without anyone noticing.

    Basically you are training the very muscle you use to stop urine flow. (among others)
    If you are unsure, pay attention the next time you are taking a leak. Try to stop the stream mid-leak.

    Dont expect results immediatly, even if you train everyday, it could take some months.

    Thereīs also some other benefits
    It makes you have *ehrrm* harder and longer lasting erections

    There is no correlation between masturbation and any medical problem. "Wide spraying" may happen
    but in no way does it lead to incontinence, or hairy palms, or any of that stuff you hear about so don't worry my friends . If that were the case then we would be at a survival disadvantage because that would mean sex would cause IC too .

    Try the Kegal excercises and see if that helps in a few months.

    Again usual disclaimer, you should consult your physician for medical advice, and any comments here are my personal opinion, should not be construed as medical advice, and are no based on any specific case and should not be taken as such...

    So generally speaking developing incontinence over a short period of time as a older teen is not usual, and as such should warrant a fairly complete workup to make sure there isn't some other underlying issue causing the fairly acute and worsening problem. Because of that I would generally think of this as an issue that should be investigated by a urologist who has more experience then the general practitioner in seeing what is a fairly unusual presentation.

    That said while Kegal exercises can be great for continence an important disclaimer is that a person should always just run an exercise program designed to treat a medical problem by their physician first to make sure that there are no diagnosis being entertained that might be worsened by the exercise. I mean in general I guess if a person has no identifiable cause of incontinence it could be the result of some form of conversion disorder, however there are a lot of potential other medical causes that would need to be exluded

    I hate to say it there may not be a real answer to what/why it is happening. The doctors don't have a real solid cause for my neurogenic bladder so all they can do is treat it the best they know how. For now, unless something happens to my kidneys, it's diapers to the rescue.

    I'm not a doctor so I don't know what to tell ya. But I too feel like my bladder has gotten weaker. I used to be able to hold it in for hours, and ever since I started wearing diapers again all that has changed.

    One thing you should be aware of is the Stress levels you are under and Have they changed in the past?

    It sounds like you are describing an acute case of Stress/Urge incontinence. If the medications are not working ask your GP (General Practitioner) to refer you to a specialist specifically a Urologist.
