Default Abena help please, and drynites help

Hey so in prep for my parents going away im looking up nappies for my week long diaper time.

Ive gone with abenas (because of swelling, capacity, and the thickness)

    So, a few questions

Whats the difference between the Abri Form X-Plus's , the Abri Form M4 premium and the regular M4's?

could you tell me if there are any thicker nappies i can get in the UK that hold more? Ill probably be double diapering so i use them before they get back hehe.
Unless i can get hold of a locking box :3

Im currrently using drynites which kinda suck, anything better than that?

As far as I'm aware the Abena M4 is the same as the Abena X-Plus. The 'M' is for medium and the '4' is the absorbency rating I believe.

The Abena X-Plus is the most absorbent and probably the thickest disposable you can readily get in the UK. Sadly we don't have access to Dry 24/7 or the ABU/Bambino brands.

Depending on your age and build - almost any real adult diaper will probably cope better than Drynites I'd imagine.

Good luck with your diaper week - enjoy

X-Plus is the diaper line name.
The M4 is the size and absorbency. So if you said M4 it would mean you are getting a size medium and the highest absorbency rating.
As for the M4 premium, its the same thing just with breathable material. There might be one other difference but that's the biggest one.

I believe that is what the one with the cloth-like exterior would be called. Just for further differentiation from it's plastic-backed cousin, it could also be called an Abena Air-Plus M4.

Which is best? Cloth or plastic backed?
i dont understand what cloth backing is, is it that just soft feeling?

It is fake synthetic cotton that makes it feel more like "normal" underwear. I can tell you it's anything but soft. Plastic is nice and smooth while the cotton feels rough and can easily irritate your skin when you move alot. Most people here dislike the cotton feel because they don't want to have their diaper feel like normal underwear at all, and the quality of the plastic diapers is much much better.

There is a topic about air-plus vs plastic:
