    Don't be surprised, but I've worn since the late 70s. I have no problems wetting, but I've never had any clothes on. I am finding that I'd like to start doing this as I need to go about every two to three hours, but seem to have that shy bladder or very strong bladder problem.

    I managed to wet last night while in the back yard. It's a weird feeling thinking I'm going to get my pants wet.

    Any hints on relaxation techniques?

    turn on water and listen to the sound of the running water. try to also think about something else.

    I hear that drinking water while you wet helps reinforce the notion of wetting.

    Drink lots of water! It's good to stay hydrated. 8-10 glasses a day...but don't over do it you can make yourself sick.
