Default Any anime buffs out there?

I was curious as to who this character I found was supposed to be. She looks awesome, and I kinda want to see the anime she's from.

    the pic is here

Seroiusly, how often do you see a chainsaw-wielding character in anime?

    Black Butler.

    Detective skills at work, here!

The IMG has the name "Grell" in it.

    Google "Grell" + "Anime."

"Black Butler" popped up on Wikipedia and on Google Images that.. scary.. girl popped up.

Haha! :3 Anime's like to hide the sex of the person.

D: Or completely change your sexuality with them for a brief moment.

    You're welcome!

To be fair, he uses feminine pronouns when referring to himself (although he's a bit er... crazy). Clearly he's intentionally made androgynous, and wears clothing and has hair that makes the line fairly blurry. It's an understandable mistake.

Yeah, found his last name, and found a wiki page on him (some anime-themed wiki). They say he refers to himself in a manner that is common with transgender people in Japan. Not only that, he stole his red jacket from a woman, and wears it in only halfway up his upper arm.

Well, it could've been more shocking... not to be sexist, typically, women in anime don't prefer chainsaws. Though, if they do, then more power to them XD.

BRIDGET from Guilty Gear, on the other hand... he is the ultimate trap. But that's almost another subject entirely.

Never was a real fan of anime, but manga was my thing when I was younger (pokemon, Yugioh, etc.)

Oh, and Spirited Away is my all time second favorite movie, right behind Halloween (1978).

You don't really have to be an anime buff to know about Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji. It's pretty popular.

As for Grell, yeah, he's transgendered. A lot of people (Like stupid fangirls) mistake him for a gay man (He's bisexual anyway). He does look feminine, but I've seen more androgynous characters out there. It's pretty normal for anime.
