Okay so I have some temper issues that thankfully are never directed towards living creatures physically but more so yelling. I have a very short fuse and I hate it. Overall I'm a loving person and function well but when it comes to things that bug me I have no tolerance and I yell. I don't want this to hurt a potential family when I reach that point in my life and it's not healthy for me.
The point is: Has anybody ever used their infantile ways to tame their temper?
I will probably end up talking to a therapist but if anybody has had or heard of this maybe it could/should be something to suggest.
