I sleep with one so I dont sleep with my mouth open. Snoring is a happy side effect.

I wish that it would work for me. It only stops my snoring until I stop sucking and start snoring again. My partner can nudge it and I will start sucking again but eventually I stop while sleeping. Any ideas?

Get tested for sleep apnea. Then get a CPAP prescription.

A lot of people think snoring is related to weight; however, I have used one for a while.

Isn't this one of the reasons that the Nuk 5 exists?

I know that it's somehow supposed to help with speech impairments but I thought that they were also made for snoring.

This would be a find of scientific greatness if it was proven beneficial for snoring!

Actually, sleep apnea is linked to weight and obesity, and one of the symptoms of sleep apnea is snoring--this is where the link gets made. I can see the jump being made.

My husband says I haven't snored since I got my nuk 5. I've noticed I've been sleeping a lot better lately, too.

I thought you had said....your husband did not know about you being a little girl? Or was that just diapers?
