I'm a 45 year old male from the Uk, I have been incontinent 20 years now and have a great deal of experience using cloth diapers (nappies in UK) and plastic pants that I choose to deal with my problem.
I make my own plastic/PVC pants and have done so for years
I have to wear them 24/7 mostly and they are my preferred method of choice in dealing with my challenging bladder.
I am prepared to chat with anyone regarding my experiences or theirs and will chat with folks who have a choice of bladder control and choose not to, as well as those who don't have the option like myself.
I have had cameras, probes and catherters shove up places that were not not meant to have such devices bunged up there in an effort to find the cause of my problem.
My diagnosis has been decribed anywhere between a rare form of diabetes to a chronic over-reactive bladder, depending on the specialist scratching his head before me at the time
I pee as freely as a busted water main and have come to terms with myself so frank discussions welcome.
My method of dealing with my issue is old fashioned compared to those super duper throw away when soggy things but I prefer re-usable systems and my concience is clear on land fill issues.
That said I'm a firm believer in live and let live and make no judgement on how others deal with their problems or fetishes.
