So last night I wet the bed for the first time since I was eight. I had been playing beer pong earlier in the night so I think that was a big reason why it happened. Plus I drank a few glasses of water when I got home to rehydrate, neither of these things helped but the thing is I've done the same stuff before and never had a wet night. In fact I've been much more intoxicated than I was last night and not wet myself so I'm not sure why it happened this time, there had to have bean some other contributing factor. I have a theory that it might be from doing too many abdominal exercises that night before I went out. I did fifty leg lifts and side planks which is more than I normally do and I was definitely feeling it. I even had some urgency when I got out of my friends truck but it passed quickly and was not too bad.
I know that I need to watch my fluid intake to be sure this doesn't happen again but does anyone have any idea if exercise could have played a part? Also I haven't bean wearing that much lately and I haven't worn to bed in almost seven months so my brain isn't really conditioned to wet while I'm laying down.
