Before I start this topic, I will state that I am a San Antonio Spurs fan so playoffs is nothing too unfamiliar to me. But the New Jersey Nets tomorrow can match an unwanted feat in matching the worst start in NBA history as they face the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers to prevent a historic 0-17 start. If they lose, they will tie the NBA record with the worst start of 0-17 with the 1988-89 Miami Heat and the 1999 Los Angeles Clippers. Furthermore to their situation, if they lose to the Lakers, they are most likely to own the record in facing the 12-4 Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday. I just feel bad for them since my team is only 8-6 and not that far from a 13th straight playoff berth in April (I hope). So, can they win, or will they keep losing in one of the largest NBA markets in the country?
