Still using up my Delta M3s. I don't have much confidence in them and sleep on a pad as well but really have only had a couple of tiny leaks.

Plastic-backed Abena M4 which has lasted me all evening.
 
ATN. First time out with a proper diaper on. At the veterinarians at the moment, then off to the department store. Kinda of a rush. I can hear the crinkle.
