Never mind. I found out that they are the new print of target brand training pants.
Just gonna take a wild guess here and say those look like (possibly) Well Beginnings Boys' Training Pants, exclusively from Walgreens, for sizes 2T-5T (Toddler Sizes).
I know where you can find some
similar styled ones though in ADULT sizes:
