Hi Rick,
welcome to adisc. that is a pretty thin introduction. why not tell us more about yourself, such as your hobbies and interests outside of nappies? Do you work or are you still studying? Do you have a partner and if so are they supportive or not?

If you need ideas If you look at the top of the page you will see a link entitled ADISC Intros, Rules and tips. Click on it and have a read there is a lot of information in it that is useful to new members.

Also the more information you supply the more notice you will get. Have a look through the forums and find some you like, there are ones for both DL's and those of usd with medical incontinece. Once you've found a few you like, join them and join in, no need to be shy we are a friendly bunch and have a lot in common with each other.
