    dont like getting poked with the pins even if i dont feel them and velcro i dont have much trust in it as when washed it gets crud in it and looses its grip but thats me

    Also not a velcro fan unless on disposables. For cloth, instead of pins I have snappis in the toddler size 2. Much better I think.

    If you start with a dozen cloth diapers that would probably be fine. I change mine 4 times a day, maybe once more if I have a messy accident. If you need them, you can always get more. Diaper pails (with a cover) are very inexpensive and are a necessity if you are constantly wearing. Same thing with pins and powder. You can get those at your local Target or Wal-Mart, or even on the internet. Plastic pants are available on the internet or at a local medical supply store. If you start with 6 pairs that would be enough; try different kinds and see what works best for you.
