Nice find! price is a bit silly. they would sell better in usa/Europe?
 
The comparison picture is misleading because the left one's elastic has shortened it. It will stretch to nearly the same height as the right one. They did shorten them several years back, but only by about an inch total, not as dramatic as shown.
 
I have a bunch of these korean pullups. They're alright, I would get more if they were reasonably priced, but really no one prices them fairly.

Edit*: Also I'm fairly sure you probably shouldn't self advertise an ebay page, atleast, I assume that's what you're doing as the page sells convertups.
