Honestly, I would ask my doctor. XD But then I ask her all kinds of stupid things.
Like:
Wooz: "Hey, why does my toe do this? *clicks toes*"
Doc: "Um. Dunno. Does it hurt?"
Wooz: "Nope."
Doc: "Don't worry about it then."

If you aren't a marathon runner or a weight lifter, the much maligned BMI serves as a reasonable guideline. Just google it, there are approximately 60 billion online calculators.
