One thing to keep in mind is comparing boys with girls is like comparing apples to oranges.
I may have a certain waist size, hips size, height and weight but girls having the similar dimensions is not really possible. Girls just naturally have a larger hip size than boys and they naturally have a larger hip size than waist size. Girls also naturally have more body fat, although there certainly are some models who are exceptions, the normal average female will have more body fat than a male. Men of similar dimensions actually generally only weigh more than girls because muscle weighs more than fat, in the sense that if your arms are 1" wider due to muscle rather than fat they would weigh more (mind you a pound of muscle is equal to a pound of fat haha). Here is a plausible hypothetical example: a boy could be 6' tall and have a 26" waist and a girl could be 5' tall with a 26" waist and they both weigh the same, because the girl might have 32-34" hips where the boy might have 27 or 28" hips and the girl would have fat instead of muscle in several areas which weighs more.
There is such a thing as a corrected body mass index, a normal BMI calculator is for boys and men, it doesn't take into account female anatomy or anything to that effect.
So an uncorrected BMI of 21 for a female is actually slightly underweight while a BMI of 21 for a male is ok. Girls are just naturally supposed to have more body fat, and there is nothing wrong with that, I think you just need to be confident in who you are and don't let anyone else's appearance alter your judgement.

There's nothing to debate in this case, anyway. It's a matter of what people like and that isn't up for debate. There's no argument that will persuade me I don't like diapers. This is the same.

Calico, honey, those people you see claiming to fit, that's exactly what they're doing, claiming. They're lying their asses off, rather they know it, or not. I have seen people who were older, and could fit in baby diapers. One is someone I knew from after school care, from 4th, through 6th grade. She was around my age, I think, a bit older. Sweetie, there's a reason she could fit. She was severely athetoid cerebrally palsied. She looked sick, very sick. You could see her every bone. She was fed, but needed baby food, because she had so much trouble cancelling her body's unwanted movements, that consciously chewing unaltered solid foods, wasn't possible. Her body always moved, everything, eyes, mouth, arms, legs, everything. Her body incinerated calories, like a furnace. She couldn't maintain weight.

Another friend had the same type of CP as she, but was a bit better off. His parents fed him solids, but, modified them. For example, I remember feeding him a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, soaked in chocolate milk, once. We were kind of crushing on each other. That's why I got to feed him. Letting someone feed you, when you can't do it yourself, is a big trusting deal. As I type this, I feel honored he asked me to. He could've probably fit in baby diapers, but, again, he couldn't maintain weight, in spite of being able to eat more than most full grown men. His everything was always moving, only a bit more controlled than my other friend, I mentioned above. Like her, he could not walk, talk, feed himself, or sit without support, but, he was able to carry spare undies in his backpack. We taped a few written phrases to the wall, numbered them, and he'd look at the list, when he wanted to say something. If what he wanted to say wasn't there, we'd go through the alphabet, and he'd wrinkle his forehead, and look up, when I got to a letter, until he'd finished his thought

There was a boy older than I, with Down syndrome. He looked about 6. He wore pull-ups, real deal, Huggies Pull-ups. He was so tiny, because of the hole in his heart.

There are grown people that can fit, but, anything smaller than a goodnites or underjams L/XL, and, I guarantee you, there's something very wrong.

On another note, it's kind of hard to defend that we aren't pedophiles, when some of us are actively buying diapers intended to fit children. Certainly not calling anyone here the most horrible thing imaginable. Not saying it's a perfect way to look at things, because, by that logic, anyone who's ever bought a chime rattle for himself, or herself. . . (Adult chime rattles don't exist yet. Do they?) I'm not even saying buying baby diapers is an indefensible evil. Far from it. Baby diapers and chime rattles are in the same boat. Just saying that's why adult diapers, with baby prints, are a thing, and the fact that they're sized, and work, correctly, helps our image, to the few judgmental idiots who's minds can be changed about us. I think I've found a way to be clear.

One of us thows said would-be idiot an ABU kiddo, and says, "See? This can't fit a child! It fits me! It's not about children, you ass! It's about me feeling like one!"

Now my question should be, if more guys fit into baby diapers than gals. I saw Baby Emma's photo of her in a baby diaper and the tabs also went on the edges too and fit her like thong and went way below her navel. She is also very skinny and close to being underweight because I can see some of her bones too and she also works out. I also bet that diaper wouldn't stay on without any tape. We also have about the same size thighs because she showed her body measurement online when she was getting sized for a diaper porn gal website. I thought she was tinier than me and then I realized "OMG, we are about the same size but yet she looks so tiny in her photos." But she is a couple inches shorter than me so it wouldn't bother me if she weighed less because of height.

There was a member at DD who said she could fit into baby diapers but in her defense, she had a illness when she was 9 and it stunted her growth so she hadn't grown since she was 9. She was 4 foot 6 so you can bet I believed her when she said she can fit into baby diapers and can use them. Since a 5 year old has had a baby (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lina_Medina), I believed her when she said she had twins and then had triplets. No she did not trigger me because of her height and the fact she was a size of a 9 year old due to a illness she had that stunted her growth. She also had MS so she lost her ability to speak. Then she disappeared off the forum. I remember her saying she was getting worse and wasn't sure how much she can be around. I wonder if she passed. But she also needed care, something we all desire but she really needed it because of her illness. She also had a stroller but because she had MS and she said she used a baby stroller. I would imagine she must be big for it because my son is too big for one and he only weighs 67 lbs but he is also very tall and is about 52 inches now. Strollers do not hold that weight. They only hold up to 50 lbs. I just thought that had to be uncomfortable. I have seen ABDLs claim they fit into a baby stroller but what they probably mean is their fannies can fit in it. No you cannot fit into a baby stroller, you are too big and wouldn't be able to sit in it properly and you would break the wheels. If you were a size of a 5 year old, I would believe it. My daughter is 4 lbs away from being too heavy for a baby stroller and she is four.

I also knew another gal who wore baby diapers easily and she was older than me but she was very short and came up to my chest. I was 6 and 7 then and at age 9, she was still fitting into Pampers or Huggies. But she also had a disability and used crutches. I am not sure what her condition was but just by looking at her, you could tell she had more than just not working legs. She wasn't skinny but she was thin. She had a different body type than me. I don't know if I would have still fit into baby diapers then because I never tried one on at that age and when I tried on a baby diaper when I was 5, it was tight but it was not the largest size.

When I was in 5th and 6th grade, there was a boy who was in a wheelchair and he was four grades behind me and he was very tall and skinny but yet he wore youth diapers, even at age 6.

I don't know if more guys or girls can fit, but I do know that generally speaking most normal females will have hips too wide. Conversely, guys who are extremely fit and don't have large bones etc, (or a large you know what), will have a chance to get them on without modification. But regardless of gender, 99% of "normal" adults over 20 years of age without any health or development problems will need to modify them somehow to get them on.
To be perfectly honest, I do not try to be as skinny as I am, I could probably stand to weigh a little more, and you probably should not try to be any skinnier, just because you think you look fat or whatever, I am sure you look fine as you are and who cares what other people think anyways.
I always have people giving me a hard time for being so skinny or weighing so little but I pay them no mind. I advise you pay others no mind as well.
