I’m laying in bed with a full diaper , praying it doesn’t leak. I’m getting nervous should I just lay on my back?

My last one .... why I have not changed it.
 
Sounds like a very nice feeling but a little risky. Washing the bed if it leaks is a lot of work and depending on your situation could be difficult to explain to others. I've leaked even on my back before when my diaper got too wet in the morning.
