You could invest in some cloth diapers, not saying you need a full stock, if you get 1 per month, with in a few months you don't have to worry about not having diapers. Over the years I have built a nice collection (I currently have over 50 diapers, but you really don't need more then 16 to 18 and depending on where you go you can get them from 20 to 35 each for pocket diapers, I have 28 pocket diapers [Happy Endings diapers], 12 prefolds [with 8 plastic pants] and 10 Kins contour diapers, and now 4 of the new Ecoable diapers [thinking I want to get 2 more of the covers and 12 more inserts for them, and 3 snap-ez pocket diapers [not a big fan of the snap-ez], and a bunch others not listed here) I now find 1 case of disposable diapers (about 40 diapers) now last 3 to 6 months (and Thus to Sunday I wear all the time, and Mon to Wed I wear all evening and night true I have to do a load of diapers ever 2 to 3 days)
Again I am not saying you should get a large supply but maybe each month by one or two cloth diapers to supplement your disposables and if you find yourself in a position where you run out of disposables before the next month you might be able to get buy with the cloth (they say for a toddler you only need 14 to 16 cloth diapers)
