I'm doing a low-carb/no-carb diet that's pretty strict. I find hunkering down in "littlespace" helps me to ease the transition a bit. I've done keto before, and it has worked for me, and I feel like I'm moving 10x faster with minimal carbs, but, I digress...
Kids' snacks are mostly sugar-laden, packed to the teeth with carbs, and other than that, dripping with objectionable artificial sweeteners that could sabotage my efforts right now. All I can think of is the little green jars of baby food, or those pureed weenies. Ugh lol
Do you know of any ideas?
I have a list to kick things off:
Homemade chicken nuggets with ground chicken and pork rinds... mmm :^)
Grapes and fancy cheese
Meatball skewers with veggies
GNC total lean shake
