Having played a bit with face recognition software through work, DEFINITELY don't post your face, even blurred out. It's almost trivially easy for someone to match that against ANY other picture of you that's out there.
If you must post anything, post ONLY stuff you'd be 100% happy for your friends, parents and employers to be shown, and avoid ANYTHING identifying (faces, places, etc.) so you could attempt to deny it if you wanted to.
And remember: Things you post on the internet are on the internet, everyone in the world WILL be able to see it somehow someday.
